Thornhill Capital Realty is committed to the transformation and conversion of nonperforming real estate assets into best-in-class assets, adhering to the highest standards of sustainability, including carbon emission reduction, water and air filtration, contamination removal, and the use of sustainable and recyclable materials in all that we do.

What We Do
We examine each building individually, and following thorough visualization, examination, and market studies by the best advisors in the industry, we define the highest and best use for the structure.
Once the end use is defined, we gather the best advisors, architects, engineers, contractors, property managers, and financiers to execute the vision in the most effective way possible. We believe in collaboration and teamwork, allowing each member of the team to do what they do best while all are united towards the final vision for the asset.
We are open-minded regarding the end use of the asset; whether it is office to hotel, office to residential, or office to AAA-class office, we will follow the highest and best use of the asset.

How We Do It
Once a project is selected and the vision regarding the future use of the asset is defined, we deploy our in-house and outsourced resources for project execution.
From building permits, zoning modifications, and municipal approvals to lease negotiations with existing tenants, all aspects of the assets are renovated to the highest standards or replaced.
We redevelop the asset with a long-term vision regarding its use, knowing that what we do today will be there for the next 60-100 years, demanding from us a long-term quality in all that we do and all that we install. We believe in partnerships, whether with building owners looking for redevelopment partners or financial institutions that need a takeout plan for nonperforming assets.
We are open to exploring all partnership structures and always seek a win-win-win solution for the current owner, Thornhill Capital Realty, and the asset.
