François Gaudreau
Prior to joining Thornhill Capital, Mr. Gaudreau held several positions during his career at CIBC Mid-Market Investment Banking. He was an Analyst, Associate Director and CEO for 12 years in which he oversaw various mandates relating to business development, the implementation of sales projects, acquisitions, research for funding and private equity mandates for medium-sized companies in Quebec and Atlantic Canada.
Mr. Gaudreau holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – majoring in Finance from “Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales” (HEC) and an MBA from the University of Sherbrooke.

Pierre Yves Méthot
Prior to joining Thornhill Capital, Pierre Yves Methot was the Executive Chairman of the Board at Netricom and held this position since November 2011. From 1996 to 2011, Mr. Methot served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Prestige Telecom, a company with more than 1,400 employees.Over the past 25 years, Mr. Methot has led several acquisition projects and has developed many growth and development strategies in Canada, the United States, and internationally, in both public and private companies.
Mr. Methot holds a law degree from the University of Ottawa and is a member of the Quebec Bar since 1985.

Pat Filippelli
Prior to joining Thornhill Capital,Pat Filippelli served as Chief Financial Officer at Netricom and held this position since July 2013. Previously, Mr. Filippelli served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for Hart Stores Inc. for two years. Pat Filippelli also has 14 years experience as Vice President of Finance at Honeywell and 7 years as an auditor at Ernst and Young.
Pat Filippelli is a Chartered Accountant and graduate of McGill University in Montreal.

Steve Rouleau
Prior to joining Thornhill Capital, Steve Rouleau was Senior Vice President at Netricom and held this position since 2011. Mr. Rouleau was responsible for sales and marketing and, then, assumed the position of Senior Vice President of Network Services and Operations. Previously, Steve Rouleau served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Prestige Telecom Inc. He also served as Vice President of Operations at Prestige from 1998 to 2006.From 1988 to 1996, Mr. Rouleau was part owner of Stinson Equipments Inc. and Flexi Metal Inc., two private companies.
Mr. Rouleau studied economics at McGill University in Montreal and continued his education in finance and marketing at Concordia University in Montreal.
